Perth Balcony Repair has completed water ingress diagnostic and repair works for some residential apartments in Highgate.
An initial investigation by Perth Balcony Repair of the long-standing water ingress issues being experienced at the building showed a waterproof membrane installed under the tiles of the original flooring of the balconies had almost completely disappeared providing no protection against water penetration of the slab below.
The restoration works by Perth Balcony Repair included removal of the old tiles and water-logged screed, instalment of new screed with adequate falls to prevent pooling, and new tiles.
Perth Balcony Repair also carried out waterproofing and drainage works to the planter boxes of the balconies.
